NOAC International Inc has two divisions. One is operated in Tokyo Japan, and the another one is at Houston TX in US.
NOAC International Inc. was originally formed in Hawaii in 2000. Since then, NOAC has provided high experienced system engineers to HP ( formally known as COMPAQ). As we expand, we now support more than twenty companies in Japan and US.
NOAC also formed a corporation in Japan in 2001 as NOAC International Ltd. NOAC international Ltd. supported company's' web site and also provide high quality support on their workstations, servers, network infrastructures.

NOAC uniquely exchange human resources and knowledge between US and Japan as a result of having same company structure and objectives in both.
